The Japanese brand MECHA SMILE's assembly model 'MODEROID' series today announced the latest products from the anime 'Granbelm', 'Violakatz' and 'White Lily', scheduled for release in January 2023.
The machine being released this time appeared in the 2019 original anime 'Granbelm'. It is the dark-attribute Automaton piloted by the other protagonist, Shingetsu Ernesta Fukami. This machine is a masterpiece Automaton crafted by a German magician family. While it lacks outstanding offensive capabilities, its mobility and stealth are top-notch. Its instantaneous maximum speed can reach 14,000 km/h, and it excels at using high-speed tactics to evade enemy attacks, quickly moving out of opponents' line of sight to launch surprise attacks.
The 'MODEROID Violakatz' kit features multi-color molded parts and some pre-painted parts, reproducing its adorable black cat-like appearance. It also includes two shotgun-type magic gunblades, 'Blitz Nagel'. The green lines across its body and the blades of the gunblades are made with clear green parts, recreating the glowing effect in the dark. Although it has a low-head-to-body ratio similar to the 'Mashin Hero Wataru' series, its entire body is still designed with flexible articulated joints, allowing for dynamic dual-wielding combat poses.
