Max Factory, a Japanese model manufacturer, has once again announced the latest limited-edition product in the new beautiful girl plastic model series "Guilty Princess", a collaboration with popular illustrator Tony, under their highly popular and diverse plastic model brand "PLAMAX". This new product is "Maidroid Chloe Antique Ver.", and it is scheduled to be available for purchase starting August 6, 2022, at the GOODSMILE Online Shop and during the two-day live event "Smile Fest 2022".
The original series "Guilty Princess" is PLAMAX's first beautiful girl plastic model, featuring "battle maidens" with fairy tale and mythological elements designed by illustrator Tony, who has participated in character designs for multiple "Shining" series titles. The kit utilizes the production experience from the figma series of articulated figures, offering both an extensive range of motion and beautiful body curves, showcasing the feminine characters' grace, sexiness, and cuteness.
The limited-edition "Maidroid Chloe Antique Ver." is based on the previously released standard version, with the molded colors replaced by classic tones such as copper red, dark green, khaki, and off-white, adding more elegance to Tony's delicate design. The entire body features flexible articulated joints, and key areas are made from softer PVC parts, further enhancing the range of motion.
The rich array of accessories is the same as the standard version, including three interchangeable expressions: "normal face," "smiling face," and "closed-eye smiling face." Unpainted face parts and eye decals are also included for players to create their own expressions. For the hair, there are "long ponytail parts," "long ribbon," "soft hat," and "interchangeable front hair parts," allowing for various hairstyle combinations. The exclusive armaments, "Extermination Vacuum-Type Pest Exterminator" and "Energy Bullet," can also be combined with the separately sold "Maidroid Nya Antique Ver." to form the "Combined Heavy Particle Cannon Cyclone Cannon."
