Japan's MECHA SMILE brand today announced the latest product from its assembly model series 'MODEROID', the "Fafner Mark Alles" from the anime "Fafner in the Azure: THE BEYOND", scheduled for release in June 2023.
The all-purpose savior-type Fafner "Fafner Mark Alles", piloted by Kazuki Makabe in the series, is being commercialized as an assembly model for the first time. Its precisely sculpted form recreates the jet-black body with its highly organic silhouette, and orange and blue clear parts are used to create the luminous elements across its entire body, faithfully reproducing its magnificent appearance from the show. It also features a flexible articulated joint design.
Weapon accessories include shields for both arms, shields with deployed blades, and 8 assimilation anchors suspended from its wings. The blades deployed from the shields come with three different length parts, allowing for replacement according to the needs of various combat scenes. As for the 8 assimilation anchors on the wings, in addition to having articulated joints at their bases, they can also recreate their deployed state using the included metal wires.
