GOOD SMILE COMPANY, a Japanese figure manufacturer, recently announced the latest product from their affordable pre-painted figure series 『POP UP PARADE』: "Super Cute Angel-chan" from the popular ADV game "NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE", scheduled for release in April 2023.
In the text adventure game "NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE", developed by the Japanese team Xemono, players take on the role of an amateur online streamer producer, nurturing a girl named "Ame-chan" (Sugar), who has a difficult personality, is emotionally fragile, and desperately seeks validation. Players transform her into the deliberately sweet and constantly fan-pleasing online streamer "Super Cute Angel-chan" (short for: KAngel), aiming to reach a million followers within 30 days. However, depending on the cultivation method, players and Ame-chan will face various different endings.
"POP UP PARADE Super Cute Angel-chan" faithfully recreates her extremely otaku-pleasing design from the game, bringing her to life in a PEACE PEACE pose with sparkling eyes. Her blue and pink twin drill pigtails are incredibly dynamic, and her adorable sailor uniform, adorned with numerous bows and heart decorations, is painted with various pearl and metallic colors, creating an exceptionally brilliant sheen.
