The "Soft Vinyl Figure" series, manufactured by Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY and planned/produced by Max Factory, will release two highly anticipated products based on the dark popular manga "Takopi's Original Sin": "Takopi" and "Takopi, I Don't Know-pi"! Each will have a reference price of 5,800 JPY and is scheduled for release in April 2023.
The manga "Takopi's Original Sin", created by new-generation Japanese manga artist Taizan5, has been described by Japanese critics as a "Nightmare Version Doraemon"—"Takopi", an alien from a happy planet, gets its name from its cute, octopus-like appearance. It came to Earth to spread happiness throughout the universe. After arriving, it encounters Shizuka Kuze, an elementary school student who is being bullied, and hopes to solve Shizuka's problems and bring back her smile using "happy tools"! However, due to "goodness not understanding evil," and a lack of understanding of human thoughts and real-life situations, each use of these tools only exacerbates the situation... gradually turning into a chilling and unpredictable story.

The "GSC Takopi Soft Vinyl Figure" stands approximately 18 cm tall, faithfully recreating its pink, octopus-like form. Its rounded head and feet give it a substantial presence, and with its manga-style (·3·) expression, it's both simple and adorable!
Additionally, the "GSC Takopi, I Don't Know-pi Soft Vinyl Figure" features Takopi's tearful, distressed expression, with crying tears that are both heartbreaking and poignant...
