Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's prize figure brand BANPRESTO recently announced its product lineup scheduled for release in May 2023. This article will introduce the 3D figure of "Yoshitake Shiraishi" (しらいし よしたけ) from "Golden Kamuy"!
"Golden Kamuy" is a representative work by Japanese manga artist Satoru Noda. The story follows Saichi Sugimoto, a former Imperial Japanese Army soldier nicknamed "Immortal Sugimoto," who by chance encounters Asirpa, an Ainu girl. With the same goal, the two embark on an adventure to find gold, and along their journey, they form alliances, travel with, and become enemies with various people. The character "Yoshitake Shiraishi," who is being made into a figure this time, is one of the tattooed prisoners known as the "Escape King." He can freely dislocate his joints and always carries a variety of items to aid in survival and escape. However, not long after meeting Asirpa, "Defecation King" became an even more resounding nickname than "Escape King."
