Issued by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company, the "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou)" series, which sculpts from the skeletal structure to recreate the physique of tokusatsu hero actors, recently announced the latest product from "Kamen Rider V3", "Riderman", scheduled for release in June 2023.
Riderman is a reinforced armor self-developed by the young scientist Joji Yuki in the series. It possesses a Kamen Rider-like appearance, but its helmet exposes the mouth and nose. The right arm prosthetic is Riderman's strongest weapon, capable of being replaced with various tools and weapons as needed for combat, such as the "Power Arm" which can cut through rocks, the "Drill Arm" which can penetrate steel, the "Machine Gun Arm" which fires bullets, and many other weapons. However, the 3-second replacement time is also his biggest weakness.
This product is crafted based on the image portrayed by Akira Yamaguchi at the time, faithfully recreating the cool Riderman of yesteryear with intricate sculpting and coloring. Its entire body features flexible articulation, and the yellow scarf is made of fabric with an embedded metal wire, allowing its shape to be freely adjusted with movement.
