BANDAI CANDY, the popular assembly model candy toy series "SHOKUGAN MODELING PROJECT" from Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s Candy Toy Division, has announced its new product "SMP KIT MAKES POSE Chainsaw Man," based on the popular anime "Chainsaw Man." The suggested retail price is 7,920 JPY for a set, with an expected release in June 2023!
"Kit Makes Pose" carries a double meaning: creating actions and striking decisive signature poses. The three letters of the series name, SMP, are reinterpreted to mean Scene (scene reproduction), Motion (articulation), and Proportion (sculpting), making it an articulated figure assembly model product that specializes in "human-like posability."
The "SMP KIT MAKES POSE Chainsaw Man" assembly model candy toy includes two head sculpts, Chainsaw Man and Denji, and comes with two 15 cm tall body types: a bare torso with jeans and a uniform-wearing body. Paired with chainsaw arms and various hand parts, you can enjoy dynamic battle poses! Chainsaw Man's mouth is designed to be openable, while Denji features two expressions: a wide grin and a tongue-out smile. The chest can also be replaced with a sculpt revealing the chainsaw pull cord. Additionally, the adorable Chainsaw Devil Pochita is included, allowing you to recreate scenes where Pochita is held and used with various hand gestures~
