Following the release of the Zaku II (Gunner Type), TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., which issues the robot-themed articulated finished product series "ROBOT Damashii ver. A.N.I.M.E.", has today confirmed the commercialization of the "Zaku II F2 (Rangefinder Type)" and "Gelgoog J (Sergeant Tag's Unit)" from "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 with Phantom Bullet".
The Gelgoog J (Sergeant Tag's Unit), Zaku II (Gunner Type), and Zaku II F2 (Rangefinder Type) are new models developed by the Zeon remnants in UC 0082, after the One Year War. Sergeant Tag's Gelgoog J is responsible for command and determining firing angles, the Zaku II F2 (Rangefinder Type) piloted by Professor is responsible for rangefinding and ballistic calculations, and the Zaku II (Gunner Type) is responsible for shooting missions. These three mobile suits form the "Zamel Cannon Unit," which launched sniper terror attacks against the Earth Federation's lunar base.
Detailed product information has not yet been released. However, the "ROBOT Damashii Zaku II F2 (Rangefinder Type) ver. A.N.I.M.E." will include a gun mount, allowing it to form a fixed gun battery configuration with the Zamel Cannon of the Zaku II (Gunner Type). Displaying it together with the "ROBOT Damashii Gelgoog J (Sergeant Tag's Unit) ver. A.N.I.M.E." will allow fans to recreate the Zamel Cannon Unit's firing scene!
