BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collectible toy division in Japan has announced the latest product from the popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts," featuring the ultimate celestial suppression weapon "Zetton" from the movie "Shin Ultraman." The suggested retail price is 16,500 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in September 2023.
Zetton, appearing in "Shin Ultraman," differs from its previous "Space Dinosaur Monster" image. Instead, it is the "Celestial Suppression Ultimate Weapon" used by Ultraman's home world, the "Land of Light," to maintain cosmic order and purge planets with hidden threats. Its body is extremely massive, possessing the strongest defense and offense—the one-trillion-degree super-high-temperature fireball it launches not only has the power to instantly evaporate Earth and the entire solar system, but its terrifying power can even make all matter within a 200-light-year radius disappear.
The "S.H.Figuarts Zetton (Shin Ultraman)" action figure, based on its in-film appearance, boasts a massive size of 34 cm! It faithfully recreates the cross-shaped silhouette and cold, sharp mechanical structure. It features articulation designed to reproduce the one-trillion-degree heat sphere launch pose, and with the included heat sphere effect part, you can enjoy its highly threatening attack form. Additionally, it comes with a miniature Ultraman figure and a giant Specium Ray effect part that can be used with the S.H.Figuarts Shin Ultraman (sold separately).
