Crocodiles are reptiles, and among the largest reptiles on Earth today.
The Nile crocodile is one of the most representative species among them.
Nile crocodiles are one of the apex predators in the ecosystem, playing a crucial role in controlling the populations of other animal species. Without Nile crocodiles to regulate prey numbers, certain animal populations could overgrow, leading to adverse effects on the ecosystem.
Overall, the Nile crocodile is a vital component of the ecosystem, holding significant importance for maintaining ecological balance and human economic development.
First, we extracted real images and observed the crocodile's contours from online videos.
-Then, we began creating the crocodile's body using ZBRUSH 
-Creating the crocodile's forepaws 
-Creating the crocodile's hind paws
-Then, creating the entire body 
-Next, sculpting the head details 
-Then, adjusting the body into an open-mouth pose
-Next, returning to ZBRUSH to create the tenon (joint) positions
After exporting to the 3D printer, a small test print was made to check the general shape.
After cleaning the surface solution and sanding the support gate marks, a white primer was applied.
Then, a large area was brush-painted with beige acrylic paint
Next, according to the Nile crocodile's coloration, acrylic paint was applied with a brush.
As the photos of the painting process are missing, below is the completed, painted Nile crocodile.
