Following the previously introduced "43227 Villain Icons," LEGO certainly won't let the villains hog all the spotlight! They've simultaneously unveiled a new set, also celebrating Disney's 100th anniversary, numbered 43226, the "Disney Duos"! It is scheduled for release on June 1, 2023.
The "Disney Duos" set, featuring brick-built forms and presenting two popular characters from four animated films as a pair, contains a total of 553 pieces. It includes "Lumiere" and "Cogsworth" from Beauty and the Beast, "Pua" the pig and "Heihei" the rooster from Moana, "Nemo" and "Squirt" from Finding Nemo, and "Meeko" and "Percy" from Pocahontas. Once assembled, the tallest figure, Lumiere, stands at 8 cm. Lumiere and Cogsworth are undoubtedly one of the biggest draws for this purchase, with excellent facial printing and body construction! The display base also includes a Disney 100 piece, making it highly thematic. Recommended for LEGO fans who love Disney!
