Japanese model manufacturer Megahouse has unveiled the developing prototype for its latest product, "Sayla Mass Swimsuit Ver.," from the "GGG (Gundam Girls Generation)" character figure series, which brings female characters from the "Mobile Suit Gundam" series to life with exquisite sculpting. The release date is yet to be determined.

The GGG series once again brings to life Sayla Mass, the beautiful woman with bright blonde short hair who is the younger sister of "Red Comet" Char Aznable from the original "Mobile Suit Gundam." This time, the design is based on the green one-piece swimsuit she briefly wore in the anime, depicting her lying on a beach lounge chair, sunbathing with stylish sunglasses. While such a "fan service" scene might seem to feature a rather plain swimsuit by modern standards, it represented the quintessential beach beauty image over 40 years ago.

The "GGG Sayla Mass Swimsuit Ver." interprets Sayla's swimsuit姿態 with high-resolution three-dimensional sculpting. Based on Yoshikazu Yasuhiko's character design, it meticulously captures Sayla's elegant facial features and graceful figure, as she gracefully reclines on a beach lounge chair. The delicate thickness and wrinkle details convey the light swimsuit fabric and the texture of the lounge chair's material.
