BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS, a division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company, will be selling the "S.H.Figuarts Jiraiya -Exclusive Edition-" from "Naruto" as an event-exclusive item at "Anime Expo 2023," held in Los Angeles from July 1st to July 4th!
In the "Naruto" series, the highly popular Jiraiya (じらいや), known as the "Toad Sage of Mount Myōboku," is one of the "Legendary Sannin" of the Hidden Leaf Village. He was a disciple of the Third Hokage and had many students, including the Fourth Hokage, Nagato, Yahiko, Konan, and the protagonist Naruto Uzumaki, playing a crucial role in connecting generations within the Hidden Leaf Village. Although he often displayed a perverted and comical side, his unwavering perseverance and spirit of sacrifice for Konoha proved him to be a great ninja.
The "S.H.Figuarts Jiraiya -Exclusive Edition-" is based on the S.H.Figuarts Jiraiya released in 2018, with improved paintwork that adjusts the overall color scheme to be more vivid and three-dimensional, and the metallic luster is presented with even greater texture. Additionally, it includes new facial expression parts such as a smiling face and a shocked face, along with accessories like the novel "The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi," Rasengan, and ice pops, allowing for an even more exciting and rich display of Jiraiya!
