Following the highly popular anime 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba' themed 'Nezuko Kamado (Demon Form Advancing Ver.)' from Aniplex Inc. (株式会社アニプレックス) of Japan, the impressive 'Nezuko Kamado Who Overcame the Sun' 1/8 scale figure from the 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc' will also be released! The suggested retail price is 19,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in September 2024.
Nezuko Kamado, a popular character from 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba,' is the younger sister of the protagonist Tanjiro. She possesses a kind heart and is recognized as the most beautiful girl in the village. Despite being a younger sister, Nezuko has a very mature mindset and, like her brother, is willing to go to great lengths to protect her family. In the story, the Kamado family was massacred by a man-eating demon, and Nezuko, who survived, transformed into a demon after her wounds were contaminated with Muzan Kibutsuji's blood. She retains her human consciousness and gains immense strength and the ability to change her body size, allowing her to 'demonize' to protect her brother in times of crisis.
The 'Nezuko Kamado Who Overcame the Sun' 1/8 scale figure stands approximately 20.5 cm tall. Inspired by a classic scene from the series, it captures Nezuko's radiant smile under the sunlight. The figure faithfully recreates the damage to her haori from intense battles, and her hemp leaf pattern kimono is meticulously sculpted. Her flowing hair creates a sense of lightness, and her skin features a carefully applied translucent paint finish! Add this captivating, sun-kissed smile to your Demon Slayer collection!
