KOTOBUKIYA, the Japanese model manufacturer, has announced new additions to its incredibly diverse line of assembly model customization parts, 'M.S.G'. The new products, 'Exceed Binder 2 Black Ver.' and 'Exceed Binder 2 White Ver.', are scheduled for release in December 2023.
The popular 'Exceed Binder 2' unit, originally released in April 2022, featured clear blue and silver frame molded parts. These allowed for the creation of elegant yet high-tech transparent armor and intricately designed mechanical internal structures. Once completed, the Exceed Binder 2 can be mounted on Kotobukiya's Bishoujo (beautiful girl) plastic model kits and includes a short sword weapon compatible with holding hands. Through its extensive articulation and universal 3mm connection points, it can be configured into various forms, such as the 'Wing Form' with expanded components, the 'Defense Form' as a shield, or even as wireless floating weapons.
This time, Kotobukiya has not only announced a re-release of the 'Exceed Binder 2' but also the simultaneous launch of two new color variations: 'Black Ver.' and 'White Ver.'. The Black Version features a black frame paired with clear red armor parts, while the White Version boasts a white frame with clear yellow armor. These new colors are perfect for customizing and matching with similarly colored Kotobukiya plastic model kits!
