Gentle and compassionate Cosmos! With a vast fanbase of collectors, BANDAI SPIRITS' Collectors Division is releasing a commemorative product from its "Saint Cloth Myth EX" action figure series: the "Goddess Athena & Saori Kido Divine Saga Premium Set". It is scheduled for release in December 2023, priced at 35,200 JPY (tax included).
Athena's incarnation, Saori Kido, always served as a spiritual pillar for everyone in the original story. Even when in danger herself, she consistently used her powerful and warm Cosmos to encourage and support Seiya and his companions, even inspiring enemies to turn to good. The Goddess's status is unshakeable. In the Hades Chapter, Seiya and the others desperately journeyed to Elysium to rescue Athena, who had been taken by Hades. As Hades was about to revive in his physical body, Seiya successfully threw Athena's Cloth into the great urn imprisoning Saori, allowing her to don the Cloth and join the battle.
This "Goddess Athena & Saori Kido Divine Saga Premium Set" Saint Cloth Myth EX is a special product commemorating the 20th anniversary of the SAINT CLOTH MYTH series. It boasts rich content, including Athena's Cloth, scepter, and shield; an EX Metal body figure for wearing the Cloth; a regular body figure for wearing ordinary clothes; a dedicated throne for the Goddess; four interchangeable facial expressions; loose hair accessories for prayer poses; interchangeable left and right hand parts; and a special 20th-anniversary commemorative display stand. It is a truly comprehensive action figure product.
