Following the release of "Samus Aran," Max Factory's popular figma action figure series is once again delving into Nintendo's classic action game, Metroid Dread, to launch its latest product: "figma E.M.M.I."! Priced at 16,800 JPY, it is scheduled for release in May 2024.

In Metroid Dread, the character "E.M.M.I." symbolizes "dread." Developed by the Galactic Federation, E.M.M.I. (Extraplanetary Multiform Mobile Identifier) is a robot constructed from the hardest special materials in the entire universe. Its original purpose was to ascertain whether the mimetic "X" organisms still existed and to extract their genetic material. However, for unknown reasons, it relentlessly pursues Samus, proving to be cold, ruthless, and possessing formidable combat capabilities, sending shivers down players' spines and instilling immense terror.

The "figma E.M.M.I." action figure stands approximately 215 mm tall, faithfully recreating its terrifying mechanical design. Its sharp claws feature an extendable mechanism, and the figure combines metal screws with soft materials, ensuring both a substantial feel and a wide range of articulation. Accessories include a "Head Protector," "Extraction Device," and a "Special Large Stand," allowing fans to recreate its fearsome in-game combat poses!
