Hong Kong-based action figure brand Storm Collectibles, following their 1/12 scale action figure series which features characters from the classic fighting manga "Baki," such as the Baki Hanma figure, is now releasing a new "Yujiro Hanma" action figure. The suggested retail price is 17,050 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in January 2024.
In Keisuke Itagaki's fighting manga "Baki," Yujiro Hanma, the man known as "The Strongest Creature on Earth," is the father of the protagonist, Baki Hanma. He has honed his terrifying physique on battlefields across the globe, and his unfathomable, exaggerated combat feats include fighting armies bare-handed on the battlefield, defeating US special forces, tearing apart polar bears, ripping apart African elephants, and even swimming effortlessly in water currents of 20 km/h. He has truly reached a "god-like" level.
The Storm Collectibles "Yujiro Hanma" action figure stands approximately 19 cm tall, faithfully recreating Yujiro Hanma's menacing and exaggerated muscular physique. The demon-like face on his back muscles is also vividly reproduced; his distinctive red hair and ferocious smile are chilling! The clothing is made of fabric, and the figure features extensive articulation, minimizing any impact on its range of motion. This allows for precise posing, including split kicks and arms raised high. Furthermore, with 7 pairs of interchangeable hands, 4 interchangeable face parts, and bare feet parts, various poses from the series can be recreated!
