Japan's CAPCOM company today officially announced a brand-new figure series based on its popular video game 'Monster Hunter', titled 'CAPCOM FIGURE BUILDER CUBE MONSTER HUNTER'. The first wave of products will feature four highly popular large monsters: 'Rathalos', 'Zinogre', 'Amatsu', and 'Malzeno', with an anticipated release date of March 12, 2024.
The new product, 'CAPCOM FIGURE BUILDER CUBE MONSTER HUNTER', can be considered an advanced version of Capcom's CFB blind box series 'Monster Hunter Standard Model Plus'. It boasts a more substantial average size, with 3D digital sculptor Keita Okada responsible for sculpting various popular 'Monster Hunter' monsters, presenting highly lifelike designs. Each item is currently priced uniformly at 2,970 JPY (tax included), making it quite affordable.
The first wave of products will feature four popular monsters that appeared in the latest title, 'Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak': 'Rathalos', 'Zinogre', 'Amatsu', and 'Malzeno'. Each is presented in a cool pose, roaring or soaring, with incredibly lifelike detailed skin textures and rich color applications. The hexagonal base previously used in the CFB series has been transformed into an octagonal base engraved with rocky terrain, and the outer packaging features a four-sided transparent box design, allowing customers to directly appreciate the charm of the actual figures on the shelf.
