World-renowned Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys recently unveiled several exciting new 1/6th scale collectible figures. This article will bring you product information on the "Tony Stark (Mark VII Suit up Version)", a special collectible edition from "The Avengers" for the 2023 Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games (ACGHK).
First appearing in the film "The Avengers", the "Iron Man Mark VII" was the latest Iron Man suit developed by "Tony Stark" for combat. Its performance surpassed the previous Mark VI in every aspect; the arc reactor reverted from the triangular shape of the Mark VI to a circular one, and its overall firepower was significantly enhanced. It could also transform from a long Suit Pod into a humanoid mech. When Tony was thrown out of the window of Stark Tower by Loki, he managed a hair-raising mid-air suit-up thanks to the sensor bracelet he had already discreetly put on!
The biggest highlight of this new Iron Man release from Hot Toys is undoubtedly its ability to recreate Tony's mid-air Mark VII suit-up scene! The armor components, intricately sculpted with precise mechanical structures, will feature a detachable design and articulation. Combined with different forms of back armor, leg armor, and more, it can present 3 distinct armor styles – truly awesome! The 1/6th scale Tony Stark figure is designed in his black casual attire, capable of displaying rich expressions through its movable eyeballs. The chest also features an LED light-up function, meticulously replicating the character's arc reactor design.
