Japanese toy company RE-MENT, skilled in creating exquisite accessories and miniature models, announced today (the 3rd) the latest product in its "Petit Sample Series" (ぷちサンプルシリーズ), "Kotatsu for Family Gathering" (tentative translation, だんらんこたつ)! It is scheduled for release on November 20, 2023.
Following "Warm Kotatsu at Home", "Heartwarming Kotatsu", and "My Family's Kotatsu", RE-MENT's new kotatsu will come with a luxurious "three-tiered" Osechi Ryori! This allows you to more easily create family reunion and holiday scenes with other toys. The kotatsu itself, similar to previous releases, is composed of the main body, tabletop, legs, and futon. The blue floral futon with a grid pattern can be freely detached and reattached, allowing for two different looks. The specifications are 10 cm long and 4.5 cm high.
In addition to the three-tiered Osechi Ryori, the accessory contents are also exciting, including cushions, a hot water dispenser, a small teacup with a standing tea stem (yunomi), a teapot (kyusu), oranges, chopsticks, and more... it's truly captivating!
