Japan's HobbyJapan company's model brand AMAKUNI recently announced the release of new soft vinyl figures featuring "Yu-Gi-Oh!" monsters, specifically "Kuriboh" and "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", expected to launch within 2024.

This series of products transforms "Yu-Gi-Oh!" monster cards into non-articulated soft vinyl figures, approximately 10 cm tall. They incorporate classic Japanese soft vinyl toy elements such as rounded edges and thick, hollow parts, while also striving to faithfully reproduce the original illustration's silhouette and colors with meticulous paintwork.

The first wave of products will feature "Kuriboh", known as the weakest monster card in Yugi Muto's hand in the anime, yet famous for its multiplication strategy, and its rival Seto Kaiba's iconic ace card, "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", which was once hailed as the strongest monster card. From the currently revealed prototypes, it's evident that this soft vinyl series largely recreates Kuriboh's fluffy, round body, while the Blue-Eyes White Dragon boasts a large size with a total length of 20 cm, its entire body finished with a brilliant pearlescent coating to present an elegant yet powerful appearance.
