Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division, known for its high-quality "Figuarts ZERO" figures, has once again announced its latest product, "Monkey D. Luffy - Gear 5 Giant," as part of its "EXTRA BATTLE" series, which vividly portrays characters performing their special moves with exquisite effects. This follows the release of numerous popular characters from "One Piece." Detailed sales information will be announced later.
Monkey D. Luffy's "Gear 5" form, awakened after consuming the Gum-Gum Fruit, is also known as the "Human-Human Fruit, Model: Nika" form. In addition to a significant increase in elasticity, it possesses immense freedom, allowing him to easily stretch and twist his body in various ways, becoming the embodiment of freedom. Not only does he grow stronger the more he laughs in battle, but he also has unlimited stamina and can turn imagination into power. It is the most absurd power in the world, and Luffy himself calls it "My peak strength...!"
The "Figuarts ZERO EXTRA BATTLE Monkey D. Luffy - Gear 5 Giant" dynamically sculpts Luffy's latest appearance after awakening to Gear 5! It faithfully recreates features such as his white curly hair and swirly eyebrows, which transform into Nika's appearance. How the series' signature special move effects will be presented is highly anticipated! More detailed product information is expected to be announced soon.
