The robot model kit series "HG (High Grade)" from the HOBBY Division of BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. Japan, following the "Huckebein Mk-III," has once again announced its latest product from "Super Robot Wars OG," the "AM Gunner," scheduled for release in January 2024. This product will be sold exclusively on BANDAI's official online store, PREMIUM BANDAI.
The AM Gunner is an enhanced module designed for the Huckebein Mk-III. Its main body features a cockpit and can operate as a support unit. It can also combine with the Huckebein Mk-III to form the "Huckebein Gunner Type." This form not only significantly enhances flight performance but also features armaments such as multiple missiles and four Gravity Impact Cannons, strengthening its shooting capabilities.
The "HG AM Gunner" kit is produced using multi-color molded parts. Once completed, it boasts an imposing size of 39 cm in length, meticulously recreating the shapes and colors of parts such as the cannons and thrusters. The missile pods mounted on both sides of the fuselage feature an interlocking hatch deployment mechanism, and the internal missile details are also reproduced. This product can be combined with the separately sold "HG Huckebein Mk-II" and "HG Huckebein Mk-III" kits. The 3mm joint peg is hidden within the cockpit and can be revealed by opening the canopy.
