The "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou)" series, issued by Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS, sculpts figures from the skeletal structure to give tokusatsu heroes their inherent cool appearance and natural articulation. The latest product from "Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger", "Kyoryu Red", was recently announced for release in May 2024.
The protagonist, Daigo Kiryu, known as "KING", is a courageous world traveler with various astonishing skills, such as shattering rocks with his bare hands. During an encounter in a forest on a remote island in the South China Sea, he battled the Zyudenryu Gabutyra. After earning Gabutyra's recognition, he gained the ability to transform into Kyoryu Red, an all-rounder warrior highly skilled in swordsmanship, marksmanship, and hand-to-hand combat.
"S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kyoryu Red" faithfully recreates the physique and detailed styling of the suit from the show, including the scale patterns on the arms, the tooth patterns on the helmet and chest, and the battery storage compartment on the Zyudenchi Belt. The refined articulation allows for the recreation of the samba-dancing transformation sequence from the show, and can also be posed in cool battle stances with the included weapons such as the Gaburevolver, Gaburicalibur, and Gaburicannon!
