The original model kit series '30 MINUTES MISSIONS', released by the HOBBY Division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., which features quick assembly, easy customization, and fully showcases the appeal of mass-produced machines, unveiled several new products scheduled for release from April to June 2024, as well as new works under development, at the "4th 30 MINUTES LABEL New Product Announcement" held last night.
'30 MINUTES MISSIONS' is an original model kit series designed with the concept of "mass-produced machines," featuring renowned mechanical designers such as Kanetake Ebikawa and Takayuki Yanase. While the mobile suits do not possess the striking characteristics of main mecha from anime, their appearance, weaponry, and colors can be extensively swapped to meet various demands, fully embodying the charm of mass-produced units. The kits boast simple assembly, high expandability, and interchangeability, allowing for free customization using the standardized 3MM axis holes located throughout the body.
The new product "30MM 1/144 eEXM-9 Baskyrott [Gray]", scheduled for release in April 2024, features a broad, heavy body and heavily armored design, equipped with weapons such as a rifle and shield. Its most significant characteristic is that it is a 30MM mass-produced machine equipped with the highest number of 3mm expansion ports.
Meanwhile, the "30MM 1/144 eEXM-9 Baskyrott [Brown]", scheduled for release in June 2024, features a desert camouflage color scheme with earth-tone and brown molded parts. Its body design and structure are identical to the gray version, boasting the highest number of 3mm expansion ports in 30MM mass-produced machine history.
Also scheduled for release in June 2024, the "30MM 1/144 Option Parts Set 16 (Arm Unit/Leg Unit)" includes newly designed pincer-shaped arms and nozzle-shaped legs. It can be combined with various adapter parts to customize 30MM series mobile suits, and also comes with newly designed head and body parts, allowing it to form a standalone robot.
This "Spinatio (Black Knight Specification)", currently under development, is an ace unit for the 'ANOTHER EXAMACS PLAN', slated for exclusive sale on PREMIUM BANDAI. Its design is a modification of the previously released "Spinatio (Knight Specification)", with additional heavy armor on the head, shoulders, shield, and other areas, and its longsword has been upgraded to a greatsword.
