The popular 1/12 scale action figure series from Hong Kong brand Storm Collectibles will release a BigBadToyStore (BBTS) exclusive "Blanka" action figure, based on the classic fighting game "Ultimate Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers"! The suggested retail price is $94.99 USD, with an estimated release in Q3 2024.
The character "Blanka," who first appeared in "Street Fighter II," was originally named Jimmy. As a child, the plane he was on was struck by lightning, lost control, and crashed into the Amazon jungle, making Jimmy the sole survivor of the accident. During his struggle for survival in the jungle, his body mutated into a beast-man state capable of adapting to nature—his skin turned green to camouflage him in the jungle, he gained powerful wild strength, and acquired the special ability to discharge electricity.
The Storm Collectibles "Ultimate Street Fighter II Blanka BBTS Exclusive 1/12 Scale Action Figure" faithfully recreates Blanka's menacing and exaggerated appearance, with vibrant green skin, distinctive red hair, red fur on his chest and arms, and sharp claws, showcasing his wild demeanor! The figure features abundant articulation and sculpted details like strong muscles and bulging veins, allowing for various unconventional combat poses while maintaining its impressive sculpt! It comes with a rich assortment of interchangeable hands and electric effect parts to recreate powerful moves such as claw slashes, spins, charges, and electric attacks.
In addition to the standard neutral face, battle cry face, and gritted teeth face, there's also a defeated expression with bulging eyes and a tongue sticking out! Super classic~~
