Japanese toy brand Kaiyodo's "Amazing Yamaguchi (アメコミヤマグチ)" articulated figure series, known for its astonishing super articulation, announced today (the 5th) the confirmed commercialization of "Dabi" (だび) from "My Hero Academia"!

Dabi, a mysterious villain whose true name is unknown, adopted the codename "Dabi" and joined the League of Villains, led by Tomura Shigaraki, at the same time as the dangerous high school girl Himiko Toga. Dabi is tall and slender, with his body covered in burn scars and stitched, patched-up skin. He can unleash powerful, spectacular blue flames, "Cremation," over a wide area for attacks, though he cannot sustain them for long periods. Every appearance gives the impression of effortless confidence; and in the later stages of the story, Dabi's true identity seems to be gradually revealed... Furthermore, Dabi is quite particular about heroes mispronouncing his name.

Based on the currently released information, "Amazing Yamaguchi Dabi" will recreate the burn scars across his body and the distinctive stitched clothing that is a hallmark of Dabi. His coat will feature a multi-jointed structure to greatly enhance dynamic posing, and with multiple translucent blue "Cremation" flame effects, you can recreate Dabi's full-power appearance! Notably, this release will also include white hair parts (or an additional head sculpt), allowing you to display the figure in both his early and later story appearances. The Kaiyodo direct store purchase bonus for this release is a "Cremation" flame effect that can be attached to his palm.
