Following the release of King J-Der, the alloy model series "AMAKUNI KISHIN", a collaboration between Japan's HobbyJapan company's model brand AMAKUNI and Sentinel, today announced the upcoming release of the "King J-Der Expansion Parts Set", designed for use with the main figure, scheduled for December 2024 to January 2025.
King J-Der is an anti-Zonder annihilation weapon created by Abel, the leader of the Red Planet. It is formed by the fusion of J and the J-Ark transport ship. Standing at an impressive 101 meters tall and powered by the "J-Jewel," it not only unleashes powerful close-quarters combat with its massive body but also features formidable armaments such as the 5-barrel Maser Cannon, Anti-Meson Cannon, ES Missiles, and Firebird Arrow. Furthermore, its single-structure crystal armor, self-repair function, and the "Generator Armor" that envelops its body with J-Energy provide exceptionally strong defense.
While the main "AMAKUNI KISHIN King J-Der" figure boasts impressive sculpt and size, with articulation designed to recreate its various armaments and transformation/combination mechanisms, it naturally cannot fully replicate its classic moves as seen in the anime. To address this, the "King J-Der Expansion Parts Set" was created, including a wealth of weapon effects. These allow for the recreation of the peacock feather effect seen during combination sequences, as well as firing effects for the 5-barrel Maser Cannon, Maser Missiles, Anti-Meson Cannon, and ES Missiles. The effect bases feature articulated joints that can change angles, enabling the recreation of a powerful, full-barrage firing scene.
Furthermore, it includes an even larger "Firebird Arrow" effect, surpassing the 30 cm main figure in size, to recreate its cool special move. Also included is the silver version of the "Goldion Hammer," which only appeared in the game "The King of Braves BLOCKADED NUMBERS," allowing for the recreation of a dream special move never seen in the anime series!
