Queen Studios, a sculpting brand adept at showcasing character charm and recreating realistic details with large-scale statues, officially unveiled its latest product from "Dune" yesterday (7th) under its figure brand "INART": the "Paul Atreides" 1/6 scale collectible figure! Both a Regular Version and a Deluxe Version will be released simultaneously, with suggested retail prices of 2,480 and 3,280 RMB respectively, and an estimated shipping date in the first half of 2025.
This 1/6 scale Paul Atreides figure, crafted according to the in-film settings, meticulously recreates the unique design features and rich layered details of the stillsuit. In addition to replicating his appearance with the hood up and robe draped as seen in "Dune," an extra interchangeable head sculpt allows for displaying him with only his eyes visible, his head tightly wrapped. The head sculpt faithfully captures the facial contours of actor "Timothée Chalamet," and the movable eye technology adds versatility to his expressions. The main difference between the Regular and Deluxe versions lies in the hair material: the Regular Version features sculpted hair, while the Deluxe Version utilizes rooted hair technology.
Accessories include a Fremen survival pack, a Crysknife made from a sandworm tooth, a scabbard, an open/closed Paracompass, a Maula pistol, a thumper, the desert mouse Muad'Dib, multiple interchangeable hands, a magnetic base, and more. It's worth noting that while this figure is based on "Dune," it still includes a pair of impressive sandworm hooks from "Dune: Part Two." However, the difference between the Regular and Deluxe versions is likely just the sculpted hair versus rooted hair, and the Deluxe Version will also include an additional head sculpt display box.
