Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's prize figure brand BANPRESTO will release the latest series themed on Yoshihiro Togashi's popular work "Yu Yu Hakusho", titled "Dark Tournament - Yusuke Urameshi", scheduled for release in April 2024.
The classic Japanese manga "Yu Yu Hakusho" was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from 1990 to 1994. The protagonist, Yusuke Urameshi, initially dies in a car accident and unexpectedly becomes a "Spirit Detective." During his missions, he befriends the demon fox Kurama and Hiei, who came to the human world from the Demon World, and together with his human best friend Kazuma Kuwabara from Sarayashiki Junior High, they solve problems involving demons from both the Demon World and the Human World, becoming comrades-in-arms.
The BANPRESTO prize figure "Yu Yu Hakusho - Dark Tournament - Yusuke Urameshi" stands approximately 14 cm tall. The figure is themed after the "Dark Tournament Arc" from the anime, recreating Yusuke's appearance in his yellow vest gi. His slicked-back hair is given a green glossy finish. His powerful arms and the Spirit Wave Attack effect capture a dynamic attacking pose!
