The original mecha musume themed plastic model series "30 MINUTES SISTERS", launched by the HOBBY Division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., recently announced that its latest product, "SIS-F00 Yufia [Color A]", is scheduled for release in July 2024.
SIS-F00 Yufia is the first 30MS character designed by BUNBUN(@BUNBUN922), a new designer collaborating with Bandai, who previously worked as a novel illustrator for series such as "Sword Art Online". Echoing the fantasy world theme of the new branch, "30 MINUTES FANTASY", Yufia is also designed with a medieval knight aesthetic, wielding weapons such as a greatsword, shield, and hammer, and featuring distinctive movable skirt armor.
"SIS-F00 Yufia [Color A]" meticulously recreates the distinctive braided hairstyle and comes with three pre-printed face parts for replacement: "normal face", "smiling face", and "shouting face". The teeth in the mouth are designed as separate parts, allowing for optional attachment or removal to reproduce BUNBUN's characteristic art style. Weapons include a greatsword, shield, and hammer. Dynamic combat poses can be achieved thanks to the two-axis movable knee joints and four independently movable skirt armor pieces. Furthermore, numerous 3mm standard joint holes are located throughout the body, allowing for free customization with parts from the 30 MINUTES series.
