Issued by Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company HOBBY Division, the original model kit series '30MINUTES MISSIONS', known for its easy assembly and free customization features, announced its latest collaborative product with 'Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon', the 'Weapon Set 01', is scheduled for release in September 2024.
'Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon' is the latest installment in the 'Armored Core' series, developed by FromSoftware, after a decade-long hiatus. The story is set on the remote planet 'Rubicon 3', where humanity discovered a mysterious new substance called 'Coral'. Initially believed to be a new energy source that would greatly advance technology, it instead brought about a devastating catastrophe that engulfed the entire star system. Nearly a century later, the terrifying 'Coral' has become a target of contention for extraterrestrial corporations and resistance groups. Players will once again assume the role of the mercenary 'Raven', piloting a robot to infiltrate Rubicon and gradually delve into the heart of this storm of conflict.
This product set leverages the 30MM series' characteristic easy assembly and free customization features, transforming the in-game handheld weapons 'VP-66LR Laser Rifle' and 'VP-67LD Laser Dagger', and back-mounted weapons 'Vvc-70VPM Plasma Missile' and 'Vvc-700LD Laser Drone' into highly detailed model kit specifications. It also includes clear blue molded laser blade effects.
Furthermore, the back-mounted weapons 'Vvc-70VPM Plasma Missile' and 'Vvc-700LD Laser Drone' come with interchangeable parts, allowing for different stylistic variations when equipped on the left or right side. These can be combined with separately sold 'NIGHTFALL' and 'STEEL HAZY'
and other Armored Core VI series units for customization.
