Gunpla "HG 1/144 Bolinoak Sammahn" Prototype Revealed - Rare "Z Gundam" Mobile Suit Confirmed for Commercialization!

Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division today unveiled the prototype of the new product "HG 1/144 Bolinoak Sammahn" from "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" at the plastic model festival "HYPER PLAMO Fes.2024", with the release date yet to be determined.

The PMX-002 Bolinoak Sammahn is a prototype reconnaissance mobile suit developed by the Jupiteris forces led by Paptimus Scirocco. This machine boasts exceptional performance in search, patrol, and information gathering. Its head is equipped with a radome containing various precision detection instruments, and its left arm is fitted with a laser sensor, allowing it to analyze information and transmit messages in conjunction with the onboard computer. Furthermore, its full-body electromagnetic shielding paint ensures its detection accuracy and stealth capabilities, making it one of the few cutting-edge machines of its era capable of electronic warfare amidst high-concentration Minovsky particle interference.

Judging from the currently revealed prototype of the "HG 1/144 Bolinoak Sammahn", the overall proportions and armor design are quite faithful to the anime setting. It also utilizes Bandai's latest parts separation and color molding technology, with the transparent radome on the head, the yellow parts of the head, and the red thruster nozzles on the legs and backpack all reproduced using molded part colors.
