Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's prize toy brand BANPRESTO will release its first prize figure based on "The Fable," the "Akira Sato" character model. It will be sold as a prize item and is scheduled for release in April 2024!
Japanese manga artist Katsuhisa Minami's work, "The Fable (ザ・ファブル)," tells the story of the legendary top assassin, Fable. He began rigorous assassin training at the age of 6, and it's rumored he can eliminate any enemy in 6 seconds, striking fear even into the underworld... However, he receives an order from his boss to assume the alias Akira Sato and, disguised as siblings with his partner Yoko Sato, relocate to Osaka for a year to live a normal life without killing.
The BANPRESTO "Akira Sato" character model prize figure stands approximately 20 cm tall. It is sculpted in Akira Sato's black outfit worn during his assassin missions. Although entirely black, details such as the texture of the hoodie and the zipper are meticulously rendered, and the wrinkles are vividly sculpted. It also includes two interchangeable head parts: a normal version and a work-mode version wearing a balaclava, allowing you to display him as you like! The slightly terrifying yet humorous expressions are truly fantastic!
