"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin" is a TMNT comic series published from 2020 to 2022. The story, spearheaded by Kevin Eastman, one of the original "Turtle Dads," depicts a near-future where evil forces rise, New York City's security deteriorates, and the Ninja Turtles and their allies fall one by one in battle. Years later, the sole surviving Turtle embarks on a solitary mission to avenge his fallen father and brothers, and to seek long-overdue justice for New York City.
The "Synja Patrol Bot" in the comic series are the robotic soldiers under Oroku Hiroto, the grandson of the main villain Shredder. They are divided into the standard dark blue Synja Patrol Bots and the white Synja Elite Patrol Bots. This time, NECA is re-releasing two previously launched figures as a 2-pack. The black outlines and detailed paintwork continue the strong comic book style of this series, sculpting the various cool mechanical structures drawn for the robot soldiers in the comic. It also includes new versions of the Mouser robots and a severed robot head as accessories, allowing collectors to pair them with the previously released Last Ronin figure to recreate the arduous battle scenes on the way to confront Oroku Hiroto!
