Japanese figure company BellFine (株式会社ベルファイン) will release its latest product, the "Yunyun DX Ver." 1/8 scale pre-painted figure, based on the popular anime "Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!". The suggested retail price is 22,000 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in October 2024.
"Yunyun" (ゆんゆん), the daughter of the Crimson Demon clan chief, was expected to be an heir from a young age. However, in the eyes of the cool (and chuunibyou) Crimson Demons, Yunyun's pure personality and normal behavior were seen as signs of a troubled mind, leading her to mistakenly develop an inferiority complex. She was an outcast from childhood, only able to try and make friends with fish, plants, and even inanimate objects. She considers Megumin, who is the same age, both a rival and a friend. Although she is proficient in various intermediate and advanced magic and possesses formidable strength, she has inexplicably never won against Megumin.
The "BellFine Yunyun DX Ver." 1/8 scale pre-painted figure is based on the "Yunyun" figure released in 2017, recreating Yunyun with a slightly troubled, shy, and adorably worried expression. Her in-series outfit is faithfully reproduced, and her enviably well-developed figure is a major highlight! Her chest is cleverly concealed by a pink tie, and her fair thighs are vividly displayed beneath her flowing skirt! The base also includes additional elements such as an open magic book, smoke effects, and small pink parts, further enhancing Yunyun's charm!
