Leading the charge is the "Darth Vader Classic Ver." action figure, priced at 8,800 JPY and slated for an October 2024 release!
When the "Dark Lord" Darth Vader first appeared in the original 1977 "Star Wars" (later retitled "Star Wars: A New Hope"), his impenetrable black space suit, flowing cape, and menacing red lightsaber immediately captivated fans. Subsequent sequels and spin-offs have consistently featured Darth Vader or Anakin Skywalker, allowing us to gradually understand his complex transformation and his terrifying power as the Emperor's most loyal enforcer. To this day, he remains one of the series' most popular characters!
This new Darth Vader Classic Ver. action figure marks a re-release following the 2018 version, crafted with entirely new specifications. The previous iteration's costume has been re-engineered using fabric materials, with wires embedded in both the waist under-robe and the cape. This not only addresses potential articulation hindrance from the costume but also enhances posing possibilities. Furthermore, it includes a lightsaber accessory with a dynamic blur effect, allowing Darth Vader to strike even more energetic battle poses!
