World-renowned Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys has launched a new product based on the critically acclaimed Batman film "The Dark Knight" – the "Batman Armory with Bruce Wayne" 1/6 scale collectible set, with a suggested retail price of US$565, expected to be released in Q2-Q3 2025!
The 2008 film "The Dark Knight," written and directed by master filmmaker Christopher Nolan, is the sequel to the 2005 film "Batman Begins" and the second installment in Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy. The "Dark Knight" series explores justice, morality, and internal challenges through Nolan's unique perspective and aesthetic style, with "The Dark Knight" itself being hailed as the pinnacle of superhero cinema.
This product is a 2.0 version, following the previous "The Dark Knight Rises Batman Armory with Bruce Wayne," and is modeled after the appearance in the sequel, "The Dark Knight." It includes two figures, Bruce Wayne and Batman, along with the weapon armory. The sculpting meticulously recreates actor Christian Bale's facial features, allowing for adjustable gaze through movable eyeball technology, and he is outfitted in the stylish suit worn in the film. Batman's battle suit from "The Dark Knight" is faithfully reproduced, capturing the high-quality matte finish of the armor. Paired with iconic weapons stored in the armory, such as the timed bomb launcher, grapnel gun, golden utility belt, zip-line launcher, and Batarangs, it recreates Batman's cool demeanor. The LED design above the armory significantly enhances the overall quality of the collectible!
