Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS' action figure brand S.H.Figuarts has launched a new product based on "Fresh Pretty Cure!" — the "Cure Peach Character Designer's Edition" action figure. It will retail for 9,900 JPY and is scheduled for release in November 2024!
"Fresh Pretty Cure!" (フレッシュプリキュア!), which began airing in 2009, is the sixth season of the Pretty Cure series. The story follows Love Momozono, a second-year middle school girl who loves dancing. During a crisis, she gains power from the key-shaped mysterious fairy "Pickrun" and the transformation phone "Linkrun," transforming into the legendary Pretty Cure, "Cure Peach, the Spirit of Love." She then joins forces with Miki Aono, Inori Yamabuki, and later Setsuna Higashi, to fight against the parallel world nation "Labyrinth" to protect everyone's smiles!
This product stands approximately 13.5 cm tall and is produced based on illustrations drawn by the character designer. The overall sculpt has been updated and refined, faithfully recreating the exaggerated proportions of her twin tails and meticulously detailing the lace and various decorations on Cure Peach's outfit, showcasing her lively and adorable charm! The accessories included are a character model of "Chiffon" (シフォン) and the "Cure Stick" used in the series, allowing for interactive play with the Cure Peach figure! Furthermore, the base for this figure, like the "Cure Dream Character Designer's Edition," is specially designed in a heart shape and printed with the character designer's version artwork, significantly enhancing its display quality!
