Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's collector's division TAMASHII NATIONS, under its action figure brand S.H.Figuarts, following the previously released "Luffy" and "Nami" from the East Blue Arc, has now launched a new product based on the popular anime "One Piece"—the "Portgas D. Ace -Fire Fist-" action figure. It will retail for 9,900 JPY and is scheduled for release in January 2025!
From his debut in Chapter 154 of the manga, through the decisive battle with Blackbeard on Banaro Island, the rescue at Impel Down, until his fall on the battlefield at Marineford in Chapter 574, Ace's bold and uninhibited personality, the revolutionary bond between him and Luffy, and the sincere father-son relationship with his "Pops" Whitebeard, have all made him one of the most beloved characters! Even after his passing, his past experiences continue to influence the story's progression, even up to the Wano Country Arc!
This "Portgas D. Ace -Fire Fist-" action figure is crafted in Ace's initial appearance from the Alabasta Arc, faithfully recreating his classic shorts outfit. Details such as his dagger, hat, and belt are meticulously presented, and his lean, muscular physique is sculpted. The paintwork accurately reproduces the Whitebeard Pirates tattoo on his back and the tattoo on his left arm commemorating Sabo. Accessories include the coat and scarf he wore in Alabasta, as well as multiple interchangeable hand parts, expression parts, and flame effect parts, allowing fans to recreate Ace's powerful poses when unleashing his abilities!
