Danish toy company LEGO yesterday (6th) evening unveiled the latest product in its "LEGO Icons" series, number 10337: "Lamborghini Countach 5000 QV" (Lamborghini Countach 5000 Quattrovalvole)! It is scheduled for official release on July 4, 2024, with a suggested retail price of US$179.99.
This Lamborghini Countach 5000 QV, a truly legendary car of the 70s, has been meticulously recreated by LEGO using 1506 pieces, resulting in a model that measures 34 cm in length once assembled. In addition to faithfully reproducing its captivating body lines and spoiler, it also features a classic white main color scheme. The significant reduction in visible studs gives this model a refined visual effect, with the beautiful rear meticulously crafted from interlocking sloped elements. While focusing on aesthetics, this Lamborghini also boasts opening scissor doors, front-wheel steering, and openable engine and trunk lids. When the engine cover is lifted, you can fully admire the internal V12 engine! Absolutely stunning! Vintage car enthusiasts are sure to be incredibly excited.
