Bandai's GASHAPON division is releasing a new product featuring the super popular Sanrio Characters theme – the "Sanrio Characters ~Emo-Kyun~ Marker Charms" (tentative title) Gashapon. The suggested retail price is 300 JPY per capsule, and it is scheduled to launch in the fourth week of June 2024!
GASHAPON's Marker Charms series features a rubber ring attached to the charm, allowing it to be placed on items like umbrellas or water bottles for easy identification, preventing mix-ups! This "Sanrio Characters ~Emo-Kyun~ Marker Charms" collection adopts the "Emo-Kyun" (エモきゅん) style, which has been very popular for Sanrio Characters in recent years. It features five characters: Pochacco, Cinnamoroll, Hangyodon, My Melody, and Kuromi. Each character appears with adorable, big, watery eyes, holding a transparent heart in their respective signature color. Their utterly innocent and pitiful expressions are just too cute!
