The 'MODEROID' series of plastic models, launched by Japan's MECHA SMILE brand, today announced the latest product from the anime "Majestic Prince," the "RED FIVE," scheduled for release in January 2025.
The dedicated unit RED FIVE, piloted by protagonist Izuru Hitachi, is one of the "AHSMB" combat robots redesigned by the secret Earth special agency "MJP" using technology from the Pan-Galactic Unified Empire "Wulgaru" to be suitable for Earthling pilots. This unit boasts excellent command functions, versatility, and a rich array of armaments. When Izuru Hitachi's and RED FIVE's harmonic level reaches its maximum, the unit can activate "Full Burst Mode," significantly enhancing all of its performance. Towards the end of the series, RED FIVE can even reach the fully awakened "Super Full Burst Mode," utilizing its massive energy wings on its back for offense and defense.
The "MODEROID RED FIVE" utilizes multi-color molded parts, pre-painted parts, and stickers to assemble an appearance closely resembling its in-series counterpart. Once completed, it stands approximately 15 cm tall and features a rich design of articulated joints, allowing for flexible movements in the neck, torso, limbs, and back wings. Combined with the display stand and included armaments, it can recreate various combat poses.
Armament accessories include two Counter Swords, a Beam Cannon, and the most distinctive "HSB Cannon." The HSB Cannon can recreate various forms such as a naval mine, chainsaw, and railgun through transformation and interchangeable parts. Furthermore, the main unit can recreate the "Full Burst Mode," where the second pair of head cameras and wings deploy after awakening, through partial transformation and interchangeable parts.
