MODEROID Assembly Model New Series 'Mini Combined Transformation' Announced: Three Machines Recreate 'Getter 1' Without Leftover Parts

The 'MODEROID' assembly model series, launched by Japan's MECHA SMILE brand, recently announced the development of a brand-new sub-series, 'Mini Combined Transformation,' and simultaneously unveiled a prototype of the new product 'Getter 1' from Getter Robo.

'MODEROID Mini Combined Transformation' focuses on achieving transformation and combination for robots in a mini 11.5 cm size without any leftover parts. Japanese sculptor Alan Moriguchi is responsible for the overall transformation mechanism, sculpting, and articulation design. It adopts a mechanism completely different from the original settings, resulting in a product that combines playability, cool aesthetics, and complete transformation and combination.

The first product unveiled specifically features 'Getter 1,' a machine that is physically impossible to achieve in reality. Original transformation and combination mechanisms are integrated into the three fighter jets – Eagle, Jaguar, and Bear – with even its signature weapon, the 'Getter Tomahawk,' stored within. Once the three machines transform and combine, the Getter 1, standing approximately 11.5 cm tall, is completed.
