PROOF Co., Ltd., dedicated to the development and production of high-quality collectible toy models, has announced a new product based on the popular anime "NieR:Automata Ver1.1a" — the "2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B) -Exploration-" 1/7 scale pre-painted figure. It has a suggested retail price of 27,720 JPY and is scheduled for release in December 2024!
The TV anime "NieR:Automata Ver1.1a," which began airing in 2023, is produced by A-1 Pictures and adapted from "NieR:Automata," a spin-off of the "Drakengard" series developed by PlatinumGames and published by Square Enix. YoRHa No.2 Type B (2B for short), one of the three main protagonists in the work, has a "B" in her name that stands for "Battle." She is a combat android of YoRHa, and like other YoRHa androids, she has silver-white hair, possesses a calm and collected personality, and has superb combat skills and an unyielding will.
This "2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B) -Exploration-" 1/7 scale pre-painted figure stands approximately 31 cm tall, faithfully recreating 2B's magnificent pose, looking back on the stairs while holding Virtuous Contract. The flowing dynamics presented by the various details and wrinkles on her light Gothic attire are meticulously sculpted, and the smooth curves from her long boots and stockings extending to her hips are also delicately reproduced. Furthermore, an interchangeable head sculpt without the blindfold can be displayed! The diorama also includes a Pod floating in the air and "Beastlord" impaled in the head of a Machine Lifeform, contrasting to showcase 2B's elegance in a desolate world!
