Danish toy company LEGO recently unveiled a new product, item number 41838, "Family Travel Moments"! According to German retailer Alternate, this set is expected to be released on October 1, 2024, with a suggested retail price of 122.90 Euros.
From the information on the current official images, this "Family Travel Moments" set is a world map scene designed for 1-5 players, capable of holding postcards or photos. It boasts 1321 pieces, and in addition to using blue, green, and sand-colored bricks to build the outline of the world map, it also includes brick-built models of an airplane, a cruise ship, and a car, as well as 1x1 round tile printed pieces with camera and luggage patterns to mark the travel footprints of your family members around the world! It can not only be played with on a tabletop but also displayed on a wall by removing all the clips.
It's worth noting that the "World Wonder Liner" text on the passenger plane is very likely a tribute to "The World Wonderliner," the winning creation from Season 4 of the reality show Lego Masters, built by Christopher and Robert! We look forward to the full announcement.
