To warm up for the annual grand event, "Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games," which is set to debut at the end of the month, world-renowned collectible toy brand Hot Toys, in addition to launching the "Wolverine (Brown Suit Version)" under its new brand HONŌ STUDIO, will be releasing a new limited-edition product at the Hot Toys Hong Kong specialty store – the "Iron Man Mark III (Electroplated Red & Silver Version)" 1/6 scale collectible figure. The suggested retail price is HKD 2,580, with a global limit of 3,000 units. Pre-orders will open for members on July 8th and for the public on July 9th. International buyers can pre-order on the Sideshow official website starting July 9th (US time), with an estimated shipping date of August 2024!
The Mark III was Tony's first completed armor in "Iron Man," truly the first Iron Man powered suit. It is set to be made entirely of titanium-gold alloy. In the mid-section of the film, during the Middle East battlefield sequence, it can be seen equipped with shoulder-mounted bullet launchers, forearm-mounted mini-missiles, incendiary bombs, and palm repulsor rays, among other weapons. The Mark III was also damaged in the final battle against Iron Monger.
