Hong Kong figure manufacturer Devil Toys, in collaboration with Japanese original cosplayer unit AUDOirregulars, has been transforming AUDOirregulars' series of armored suits into 1/12 scale action figures. Following the first release, "Zenorisu (ゼノリス) ", and the second, "Numinos (ヌミナス) ", they once again unveiled a new product yesterday (10th): Zenorisu's brand-new combat form, "Zenorisu (Knight of Silver)"! It is scheduled for an exclusive pre-sale at Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong 2024, limited to 300 sets worldwide, with a suggested retail price of HKD 780.
The "AUDOirregulars" series, created by Japanese Cosplay designer Vadu (@11Vadu), began in 2019. Since then, Vadu has personally crafted various unique wearable armored suits. Many toy enthusiasts might be particularly impressed by his Evangelion Unit-01 and Aerial Gundam costumes, but Vadu's self-designed armored suits also possess a strong, distinctive style and exude a captivating, futuristic charm.
This reappearance of Zenorisu in its new "Knight of Silver" combat form is a commemorative product celebrating Devil Toys' tenth anniversary. In addition to a significant color change from the original black and grey main armor to a silver and metallic blue scheme, it also features newly produced fabric skirt armor and two white spears. Other accessories include two battle axes that can be combined with the spears, multiple interchangeable hands, and a specially designed helmet included in the limited edition, which can be paired with Zenorisu's original color version! The entire armor set boasts an impressive sense of realism, as if it could actually be worn, and the intricate details are exceptionally well-executed – truly magnificent.
